The kNOw Touch is a touchless lift button sensor bar that allows users to call the lift without touching the button, it uses infrared sensors to detect hand gestures. kNOw Touch can be easyliy installed on both new Lifts or existing lift buttons, and it is installed over 1200 units in Hong Kong in under one year

Responsibilities

• Installed over 1200 units across various buildings in Hong Kong within a year, including Hong Kong International Airport and Pacific Place, Generated over 4 million HKD in revenue
• Coordinated with suppliers on mechanical design, materials and procurement of microprocessors
• Troubleshot and resolved issues related to manufacturing, installation, and software functionality
• Conducted quality inspections and performance evaluations for over 150 deployment processes
