Retractable Tapper & Thruster Module

Project Overview

This concept adds a compact retractable tapper and thruster module to cable-driven facade inspection robots. The impact tool extends only at an inspection point and retracts during travel, protecting the mechanism between tests.

The design focuses on compact mechanical packaging, modular integration, and reliable deployment for high-rise hammer-testing workflows.
