CU-Brick Named Second Runner-up at YPEC 2025 CU-Brick 榮獲 YPEC 2025 公開組季軍

Honoured that CU-Brick was named second runner-up in the Open Section at the Young Professionals Exhibition & Competition 2025. We showcased the cable-driven bricklaying robot at the Purple Zone booth and delivered a technical presentation to industry representatives, demonstrating how the system can improve productivity and safety in real construction work.

Grateful for the support from our teammates, advisors at CUHK, and everyone who visited our demo. Special thanks to the organisers and IET Hong Kong YMS for a well-run event, and to the industry delegates who provided valuable feedback, including representatives from EMSD, Arup, CLP, HK Electric and MTR. This recognition motivates us to continue refining the system and push towards real-world deployment in construction projects.
